Dear participants,

Here are some useful tips on how to submit your applications:

Music files

Use WeTranfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, abv DOX or other free transfer site to upload your file. Copy the link to share.

In your blank application file locate the column “Link to music”:

Paste the link with your music file in the appropriate Application form field, corresponding to the dance the music refers to (as shown above).

NOTE: We kindly ask you to upload one music file at a time and place the link to it in the line that describes the same dance. Please, name you file as described in your application form. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any misunderstandings and mishaps during your performance on stage.

Application submission

In your user profile you will find the Application tab:

Chose the Application tab and download the application form designed for you.

Please, read the comments and carefully follow the instructions in the form.

If you fill it correctly, you will see the final cost of your application at the bottom of the page.

Your applications will be reviewed and confirmed by our team. Once confirmed, you will be able to see your entries as a list in Application tab.

If you need to make changes in your entries, you can make them in the same file template and upload it under different name (ex. if your first upload was Application-Form.xls, the revised one could be Application-Form-v2.xls).
